Bridal Done Right

Knowing the many challenges associated with bridal jewelry, Samuel Behnam’s son, Mathew, and daughter, Nicole decided to take on the challenge and do bridal the “Samuel B. way.” With the company’s reputation of unparalleled service, unique designs, 2-week special order turn around and a user-friendly order system, they believed that the company had the infrastructure in place to overcome the obstacles usually associated with bridal jewelry. They were ready to do bridal better!

The EverSpark bridal collection, which launched officially at Centurion in June, is already seeing great results, having been introduced at over fifty accounts prior to the June show.

In speaking with Mathew and Nicole we learned the many aspects that make EverSpark unique.

Tell us about the designs:

How have you overcome some of the challenges associated with Bridal jewelry?

  • Wholesale Ordering Made Easy: “We have developed a userfriendly online portal exclusively for wholesale clients. With live pricing options available for various sizes, gold plate types, platinum, and diamond qualities, our platform enables effortless and informed decision-making.”
  • Samples Done Differently: “Many of our customers prefer not to make the major investment in bringing in a line of all live samples, since the majority of their orders are for special sizes or involve some modification. For this reason, we offer our accounts the option to bring in silver cz samples to display.”
  • Fast Special-Order Turnaround: “We offer a 2 week turn around on special orders verses the typical 4–6-week turnaround by other bridal brands.”
  • Real-Time Shipping Tracking: “To enhance transparency and peace of mind, we offer live tracking on shipments. Allowing customers to effortlessly monitor the progress of their orders, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.”

The Collection is enhanced by the beautiful free displays and marketing materials. The displays offer magnetic bases which keep elements in place and make it easy to transfer product to the safe at night. And like other Samuel B. displays – the hidden tag feature – that keeps displays looking uncluttered and organized. Other marketing materials include social media content and images, duratrans, invisaviews and custom ad support.

Another unique aspect is that EverSpark offers retailers the option to have the product branded under their store brand. Private label customers have the choice of using natural or lab grown diamonds. Their collection can be hallmarked with the store’s logo and are provided with custom displays and marketing materials. Providing everything needed for success.

We spoke with Theresa and Steve Lennon of S. Lennon & Company Jewelers they had brought in Samuel B. a few years prior and had a great experience with every aspect of the brand –so they were very excited to be one of the launch stores for EverSpark. “The product is on trend and offers a wide variety of styles to choose from. The quality is amazing, and it feels and looks great. The ordering process is easy and accommodating. We are especially pleased with the 2-week turnaround on special orders – as other bridal brands take 4 weeks minimum.
